Tami Stroud is a fertility awareness educator and doula with a passion for Femtech. She is the founder of Starry Living, which seeks to help women and families find practical ways to live thriving lives. Tami has been trained by WOOMB/BOMA (Billings Method), Fertility Education and Medical Management (FEMM) and the Sympto Therm Foundation (Sympto). She teaches charting of basal body temperature (BBT), cervical mucus (CM), and luteinizing hormone (LH) tests, offering instruction in Billings, FEMM & Sympto protocols, as well as advising on a wide range of Femtech. She has worked as a doula and childbirth educator, and has over 10 years experience with various Fertility Awareness Based Methods (FABMs), including the Sympto-Thermal Method, Ecological Breastfeeding, Sympto-Hormonal, cervical mucus-only and more. Living abroad has given Tami opportunities to attend births and gain experience in a number of countries and cultures. As a large family mother and avid traveler, Tami seeks to streamline fertility charting to a practice as simple and integrated into everyday life as possible. She currently offers online fertility awareness instruction as a digital nomad around the globe. She’s an adept researcher with a wealth of experiential knowledge on a variety of Femtech, and has a passion for seeking out ways Femtech can simplify fertility charting and help women make informed choices about their fertility. She also holds a bachelor of education degree and has taught, coached, and mentored women in various capacities for nearly 10 years. Find out more at www.starryliving.com.

Nathalie Daudet

Nathalie Daudet is a social worker and FEMM instructor based in Winnipeg MB. She teaches online and secular, but welcomes people of all backgrounds. Nathalie has a desire to share the knowledge of fertility awareness with women looking for a natural birth control option who are open to living with their cycles. She discovered fertility awareness after searching high and low for a non-hormonal method of birth control. After learning the magic of fertility awareness and the gift of body literacy, she decided to pursue formal fertility awareness training. Nathalie loves learning as much as she possibly can about women’s reproductive health, keeping her plants alive, and being in nature at every opportunity. Fertility Awareness Project is the hub for FAM classes, online and in person in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She teaches CM, BBT, and LH. More information on current classes are on www.fertilityawarenessproject.ca

Meet Tarina Mosley, a Student Midwife & FEMM Instructor.  Just like you, I treat my own reproductive health and fertility planning seriously. The stakes are high and timing matters. I do want a family in the future, but I’m not quite there yet. My own struggle with high blood pressure, headaches, cramping, and spotting from an IUD led me to explore natural birth control options. As I started to understand the science of the reproductive system, I became a little obsessed. Not only does reproductive health fascinate me, but it has also become a source of empowerment. Now, as a certified FEMM Instructor, I guide women as they learn to confidently use this science-based, natural method of birth control. Fertility Freedom is available to everyone. When I’m not geeking out about reproductive health, I love spending time with my partner and dog – exploring the outdoors in Canada and traveling the world. If you feel like you’ve been trading your health for your birth control, let’s talk. With solid instruction and support, you’ll learn to chart biomarkers throughout your menstrual cycle to identify ovulation and fertility. Join me in using natural fertility planning to avoid pregnancy until you’re ready to conceive. I offer online 1:1 instruction to people from around the world. Qualifications • Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, UBC • Bachelor of Midwifery Student, Mount Royal University • Certified Fertility Awareness Instructor, F.E.M.M. • Student, Marquette Method • Student, Billings Ovulation Method.  Check out my website: www.fertilityfreedom.net; IG fertilityfreedom; or book your FREE meet&great via my Calendly link www.calendly.com/fertilityfreedom
